Alii Villas is one of the most
popular oceanfront condominium complexes in Kona for vacation rentals.
This unit is now available to rent offering what
may be the best ocean view of all 1 bedroom units in Alii Villas.
It is on the third floor for the best view (like most condos in Kona,
Alii Villas has no elevators so the trade off to get the best view is
climb some stairs), and located less than 100 yards from the ocean so
you will hear waves, and not the traffic of Alii Drive. The complex is
located at 75-6016 Alii Dr., Kailua-Kona, HI 96740, just 1.3
miles (2 km) south of downtown Kailua, and less than 10 miles from Kona
International Airport. See map.
The condo is fully equipped
including a washer & dryer in the unit and has a complete kitchen.
The lanai is larger than most you
will find in Kona condos so you can hang loose with your favorite
beverage while you watch the sunset. The bedroom has a queen size bed
and walk-in closet. There is a 42” flat screen TV. We have internet
service plus a computer for your use so you will not need to bring your
laptop to check email and stay in touch. WiFi also is available in the

We are offering an introductory rate of $85 per night, $510 per week, for
stays through September 30, 2012. After
that the rates will be:
April 1 - December 15:
December 15 - March 31:
Ironman: $875 for 7 nights
(additional nights at the low season rate)
Cleaning fee $100.
The refundable security deposit is $250.
A deposit of $200 or 10% of
the total rent, whichever is greater,
is required to reserve your booking and is credited against the room
rental. The full balance must be paid
30 days prior to your arrival.
In addition we must charge tax
totaling 13.416% to cover the Hawaii general excise tax and transient
accommodations tax. Hawaii tax ID W85616555-01. There is no
surcharge to pay by credit card, or you
may pay by personal check.
We do not have a minimum stay
requirement, but we must charge the full cleaning fee regardless of the
length of your stay. For stays of a month or more, we discount the
rental rate 5% during high season and 10% during low season.
