- We highly value personal privacy. While we would prefer not to collect any information regarding persons who use this website, that would make it impossible to accomplish our objective of providing you with the clothing you want and offering a positive experience while shopping. Therefore we will collect and use information, but only as necessary and in accordance with this policy.
- We will never rent or sell your personal information to anyone, nor give any other person your information except as described below under Information Sharing.
- If there is any change to our privacy policy it will be published here before going into effect, and changed policies will apply only to information collected after the change has been published.
Information we collect and how we use it
- When you place an order for a purchase, the information you provide will be collected and used to fill and ship your order. The information may include your name, address, phone number, and email address. In addition, information on your credit card or debit card or banking information, depending on your method of payment, may be collected by the service used to process your payment. - We may use the identifying information you give us to contact you with information regarding shipping of products you purchase, to confirm delivery of items, and other purposes directly related to completing your order.
- If you provide information about someone else, such as the name and address of a person to whom an item is to be sent as a gift, we may use that information to ship the item. We may disclose your name and identifying information to the recipient of the gift.
- When you fill out an online form or survey we will collect the information you submit, and will use it for the purpose for which it was submitted.
- If you inform us that you wish to receive a newsletter or periodic notices regarding sales and special events, we will collect and use your identifying information to send you newsletters and notices. If you decide that you prefer no longer to receive those newsletters and notices you may contact us as described below, as described in the notices, or by using the Opt Out link, and we will delete your information from the list of persons to receive those notices. When we receive such a request to opt out of receiving notices we will not retain a record of your opt out request after we have deleted your information from the mailing list.
- Cookies are needed to complete some of our purposes including the processing of a shopping cart and recording the sale of items, and to monitor the flow of visitors through the website. Information security

These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
- We restrict access to personal information to those persons who need to the information to fill orders for products and respond to contacts.
